Friends Only

This is the official notice that this journal is now (mostly) friends only.  All writing and artwork posts will still remain public (as well as some other random posts), but for the most part entries will be friends only.

Just comment to be added, I promise that I don't bite (nor do I require an FBI background check for friend acceptance), but please just say briefly why you're friending me or something that actually makes sense because I've gotten a few responses that I really can't make heads nor tails of and, um, yea.  Not going to allow people access to my journal based on jibberish.  I made it private for a reason.  Sorry.  Also, I'm not going to be friends any blank journals (you don't have to post often, but there has to be *something* there that tells me you're an actual person and not just a bot/troll/whatever).

Go Pack Go!

The Lombardi Trophy is home, baby.

So.  Psyched.  I was screaming at the TV like whoa.  Pretty sure everyone who lives near me is scared of me.  Especially after I loudly threatened to eviscerate the ref if he didn’t call at least of a few of the times Clay Matthews was being held.

Holy crap.  I almost had a heart attack in the third quarter when they apparently forgot they were supposed to be playing football.  I’m gonna go…have an adrenaline crash.

Its Mr. Rodgers neighborhood, bitch.

Writer's Block: Best book ever!

Is there any book you can read over and over again without ever getting sick of it? Do you discover something new every time you read it?
The Lord of the Rings trilogy. I've read it at least a dozen times cover to cover (to cover to cover), and dozens more including all the times I randomly pick one up, open to a random page and just read for a couple of hours. With something like Lord of the Rings it's sort of impossible not to discover something new every time - it's just such an in depth world that JRR Tolkien created - Middle Earth always has something new to offer. This actually reminds me that I need to buy a new copy of The Fellowship of the Ring…the binding on this one finally fell apart, too…it held out the longest of all three, but now it will join The Return of the King, which literally split down the middle, and The Two Towers, which has about 100 pages that are kind of shoved back in there in no particular order…it’s been a fun ride, guys, but now it’s time to complete my set of the trilogy with the film actors on the cover (before I had the old school editions that my mom had gotten years and years ago and which she gave me when I was like five…I bet she regrets that now haha).

A Note to the writers of NCIS

Dear NCIS Writers,

Ziva cannot be an NCIS because, in order to be an NCIS Agent you must either be a US born or naturalized US citizen.  She's an Israeli citizen.  I can’t even mock this because it should be so damn obvious. It takes ten second on the NCIS website to find that little tidbit. Or, you know, an ounce of common sense.

Exasperatedly,

Amanda

Last night, I felt up Keith Urban

Yes, literally felt him up.  First, the arm (hell of a muscle that man has.... bicep of god, really....), the next go around was his hair.  Silky smooth, even when sweaty (my compliments to the makers of his hair products) and then, finally, the holy grail.... the ass.  That's right folks, I touched the Urban curve.  The mas has an ass like granite, in case you were wondering.
